7 assets for Humanity / Donations and sponsoring

As it is already known from our editorial, our aim is to let be known and to promote the essential and fundamental values of life bequeathed by our ancestor Noah to mankind, but also to invite everyone to respect them and apply them. Currently, several thousands of men and women from different origins and cultures already adhere to these universal laws and take part in demonstrations. And it is precisely within the framework of a communication to the general public that we invite you to support and take part in the tasks defined here below as the 7 assets for Humanity :

1/Development of the web site "7 laws for Humanity", direct contacts, forum animation.
2/Diffusion of pedagocical materials among teaching and institutional bodies
3/Composition of a recension on the subject, edition of books for broad audience
4/Organization of public conferences
5/National posting campaign 4 X 4.
6/Edition of the newspaper 7 Laws for Humanity.
7/Realization of a short-cut movie

We therefore surely need your support in order to attain the aforementionned goals. Any donation makes a difference and they are tax deductible only for French taxpayers. If you pay taxes in France as an individual or as a company and wish to deduct your donation from taxes, you may do so within the limits authorized by laws (see below).

At the origins of the world, in the times of the sons of Noah, Shem, Cham & Yaphet, and the tower of Babel, 70 of their descendants went their own path and established 70 nations with 70 different languages. It was then at the time of the giving of the Torah at Sinaï, that the 7 universal laws for mankind were re-instituted by the Lord. Later on, Moses himself had been instructed to translate the Torah in 70 languages. Our goal is to promote this website in many languages so as to allow as many people as possible to have access to these 7 fundamental laws and thus be allowed to take part in the world-to-come. Therefore, we chose to start with the following languages : english, spanish, chinese, arabic, russian, tamil, devanagari, gujarati, samskrita, italian, japanese, german, portugese, romanian, hungarian.

Your donation entitles you to a tax cut accordingly :

Donations from Companies. Law n° 2003-709 of 1 August 2003 published at
the "Journal Officiel" relating to patronage. The General Tax Code entitles companies to a tax rebate for their donations to some actions of general interest, or to religious associations. That is to say a tax cut of 60 % of the amount of the donation within the limit of 5 ‰ of the sales turnover, with possibility of carryforward on 5 exercises in the event of an overdrawn budgetary situation. The reduction is also granted for payments made to festivals organized by associations or public bodies. In the event of a donation surpassing the threshold, the balance is continuable on the five following exercises following the payment (Article 6 modifying art. 238 (a) of the cgi and creating Article 220E).

Donations from private individuals.
Exemption of all transfer taxes. Tax cut of 66 % of the amount of the donation taken within the limit of 20 % of the assessed income, with the possibility of spreading out over 5 years when the ceiling is reached, according to article 200 of the General Tax Code.
